Who we are
Hosting Committee is a Dallas shop run by Cassandra Kahla d/b/a Hosting Committee, a Kahla Creative brand. Contact: thehostingcommittee@gmail.com.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and can change. When you place an order, it is held for you for 48 hours until payment lands, by card link, Zelle or Venmo; it is a sale once paid. The total at checkout is the total you pay. If payment does not arrive within 48 hours, the order is released.
Pre-orders
Each pre-order shows the date it is expected in Dallas. If I cannot meet it, I offer a new date and a full refund.

Digital downloads
For your own parties and home. Please don't resell, share or post the files. Non-refundable.
Corporate orders
Invoiced orders: 10-box and $600 minimum, 50% deposit, balance due 15 days after delivery.
Product details
Colours and sizes can differ a little from photos. Bags are handmade, so expect small natural variations. Paper goods are for single-use tables.
Content
Site text and design belong to Hosting Committee. Product photos are used with the makers' listings.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
