Shipping
- Where from: Dallas, Texas. I ship within the United States.
- Processing: in-stock orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. I pack and ship three times a week.
- Rates: free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, shipping is a flat $6.95, shown in your cart and at checkout. Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage.
- Pre-orders: ship within 1 to 2 business days of landing in Dallas; the expected date is on each product page. If a date slips, you hear from me first and can cancel for a full refund.
- Local pickup: free in Dallas. I text you the pickup spot and time after you order.
- Delays: if anything slows your order, I write to you with a new date.
Holiday schedule
- Order by Wed, Nov 18 for Thanksgiving.
- Orders placed Nov 21 through Dec 4 ship Mon, Dec 7.
- Last Christmas ship day: Thu, Dec 17. After that, Dallas pickup through Sat, Dec 19.
Returns
- Paper goods: unopened, within 14 days. You pay return postage.
- Lost or damaged: tell me within 48 hours with a photo and I replace it or refund you.
- How to start a return: write to thehostingcommittee@gmail.com with your name and order details.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives.
- Final sale: Christmas kits after Dec 10.
- Corporate orders: no returns. If a recipient is out, I redeliver once.
- Digital downloads: non-refundable. If a file will not open, I fix it.
