Good questions.

Short answers. Anything else, write to me.

How do I pay?
Add pieces to your cart and check out on this site. You choose how to pay: a card by secure link (within 24 hours we email a Stripe payment link for your total, and you pay in one tap), Zelle to thehostingcommittee@gmail.com, or Venmo (we send the handle). No card numbers are entered on this site. Your order is held for 48 hours until payment lands.
How fast do you ship?
From Dallas in 1 to 2 business days for in-stock pieces. I pack and ship three times a week. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Holiday dates are on the Shipping & returns page.
What's a pre-order?
The piece is on its way to me from the maker. Each product page shows the date it is expected in Dallas; it ships within 1 to 2 business days of landing. If that date slips, I tell you first, give you a new one, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Can I pick up in Dallas?
Yes, and it is free. Choose Dallas pickup at checkout and I text you the pickup spot and time. Same price as shipping, with no shipping to pay. A few paper pieces are Dallas pickup only; their pages say so.
Can I return things?
Unopened paper goods can come back within 14 days; you cover the return postage. If something arrives damaged, send me a photo within 48 hours and I replace it or refund you. Christmas kits are final sale after Dec 10. Details are on the Shipping & returns page.
Are printables refundable?
No. Digital downloads cannot be returned. If a file will not open, write to me and I fix it or replace it.
Can I order a custom quantity?
Kits come in 8 and 16 and combine for bigger tables (a 16 plus an 8 is 24). For a number in between, or a bigger party, write to me. First runs are small, so ask early.
Do you do corporate gifts?
Yes. Three boxes at $45, $85 and $150, handwritten cards, hand-delivered in Dallas. Ten-box minimum and a $600 order minimum. A 50% deposit holds your order, and I send an invoice. Order by Saturday, Nov 14.
Can you add a gift note?
Yes. Write it in the note at checkout and I handwrite it on a card. I can ship straight to the recipient.
Where are the bags made?
In Italy, by hand, in leather or suede. Because they are handmade, expect small natural variations from bag to bag.
